Opening its doors in January 2025, this new restaurant promises to deliver an authentic taste of Texas barbecue like you’ve never experienced before!

Led by pitmaster Arnulfo “Trey” Sanchez, who has been delighting taste buds with his acclaimed food truck since 2018, Vaqueros offers a menu filled with signature dishes such as cochinita pibil, brisket birria tacos, al pastor ribs, and chipotle cheddar sausage. Each dish reflects Trey’s rich heritage and passion for barbecue, a tradition that began with his father, Arnold Sanchez, who has been a pioneer in the Texas barbecue scene since 1979.

“I am thrilled to join forces with Edgar and the M Crowd team,” says Sanchez. “This partnership will allow me to elevate my establishment and focus on what I love most sharing my family’s classic Texas barbecue with even more people across North Texas.”

In addition to its delicious food, Vaqueros will feature a selection of refreshing drinks, including margaritas and palomas, making it the perfect destination for food lovers and social gatherings.
